The tech landscape changes fast, but my core drive hasn't moved an inch. Over the last 10 years, I’ve been incredibly grateful to cross paths with clients from every industry. To me, the best part of UX is the detective work - digging into a messy product, finding the exact pain points, and mapping out the solution.

My own journey has changed how I look at teams. As a junior, my focus was making things look beautiful; as a Senior Lead, my focus is making people successful - passing down the same patience and guidance that once shaped me.

Now, AI is rewriting the playbook. I don’t view it as a threat; I view it as a new teammate. Ten years in, I’m doing the exact same thing I did on Day One:
