For a university ecosystem of this magnitude, design consistency cannot be policed manually - it must be baked into the architecture. We designed a centralized template vault built to be inherited across all administrative and departmental sub-sites. By anchoring every reusable module strictly to HKUST’s signature brand guidelines, we empowered decentralized staff to launch bespoke sub-sites without fragmenting the university’s visual DNA.
