For the HKUST Library, we treated rigorous UX as the primary deliverable. Backed by extensive student card-sorting and Information Architecture testing, we dismantled a legacy archive of 100+ dead-end links and rebuilt it strictly from the user's mental model up. The result is a high-speed campus hub where even the densest academic workflows feel effortless.
